Today, I have been trying to catch up with seduction reading and podcasts. I have really been slacking sense Thanksgiving. Now, that the new year has begun. I am getting myself back into the groove.

I came across this podcast from Carlos Xuma. It is about growing and changing. I found it interesting because I have had a wacky past four years so the podcast really hit home.
